Shipping policy

Shipping

All Bokimi products are printed on demand and shipped directly from our production partners in Europe.

Production time

1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Delivery time

Within the European Union: usually 7–15 business days after production. Delivery times can be longer during holidays and busy periods such as Christmas and Valentine's Day.

Shipping costs

The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your country and the items in your cart.

Multiple items

Items in the same order may be produced in different facilities and arrive in separate parcels. This is normal. Shipping is calculated at checkout for each parcel, and you will see the total shipping cost before you pay.

Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has shipped.

Customs & taxes

We currently ship within the EU, where no customs duties apply.

Wrong address

Please double-check your address at checkout. We can't be responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
