Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Bokimi order. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.

Damaged, defective or wrong item

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, contact us within 30 days of delivery at bokimishop@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the problem. We will send a free replacement or give you a full refund, your choice. You do not need to return the item.

Changed your mind (EU/EEA customers)

If you are an EU consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason. To do so, email us at bokimishop@gmail.com before the 14 days end. Please do not send anything back before contacting us, as we will give you the return instructions. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. The cost of returning the item is paid by the customer. We refund the item price (and the standard shipping cost you paid) within 14 days after we receive the item back.

Cancellations

Our products are made to order. You can cancel your order for a full refund until it has been sent to production. Email us as soon as possible. Once production has started, we can no longer cancel it.
